KAINUA comes from the Hawaiian words “Kai” = sea, ocean and “Honua” = land, planet.

That's why we pay great attention to ensuring that our collection consists of sustainable and environmentally friendly fabrics and materials, such as organic cotton, linen, ecological viscose or recycled polyester.

The use of these fabrics and materials goes far beyond a pretty label. By using these substances, we protect people who work in direct contact with them. We drastically reduce the use of chemicals: from pesticides when growing raw materials to highly toxic and extremely dangerous dyes for people and the environment during further processing.
